Systemic racism is ingrained in institutions by law. Which obviously is not true because there are no such laws. Therefore racism falls back on individual attitudes.

Racism is not as hard to define as you appear to think. My definition is fine. I can tell the difference between ignorance, insults and racism.

As an ethnic, I can make the difference between an ignorant attitude, a lazy attitude, a stereotype, a character assassination and outright racism…it’s really not that deep or difficult.
